Station Spotlight: Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT, Fresno, CA)
FAT attracts tourists year round to the local national parks of Yosemite, King's Canyon, and Sequoia. It is also one of the hottest airports in Piedmont's system. Our goal was to show how the FAT team manages heat and staying safe during the busy summer months.
The Piedmont Station Spotlight Series
With over 80 ground handling locations across the United States, each with its own unique passenger base, geography, attractions, job roles, challenges, and opportunities, one thing remains consistent--our Piedmont Team is up to the task. Our team members care for one another to make sure to keep our stations safe and reliable.

We created the Station Spotlight series to show off the amazing work each location does, giving the rest of the company a glimpse into the operation. By focusing on what each location does best, we hope to educate all our customer service agents and managers on what makes a successful team environment and how to tackle any challenge your unique location brings. Working on the ramp is about more than scanning tickets and lifting bags, it is about understanding your home airport and welcoming those who travel daily.

Over the course of three years, Piedmont has created over twenty five station spotlights in locations spanning the U.S., in over sixteen states. Beyond producing, directing, and editing most of the episodes, I defined the entire brand of the series, from motion graphics to visual pacing. It was important that each episode adhered to a structure that welcomes the viewer in and defines a central theme. Piedmont continues to utilize the Station Spotlight as a cornerstone of their video communications and education.
